The goal of this refresh was to:
- Improve the UX to enhance and organize content so that users got a clearer view of Nike’s collective sustainability efforts, offerings, innovations, and ways to take action in the sustainability journey, and to
- Encourage users to follow the initiative to increase awareness, interest, engagement and accessibility to the Move to Zero services

We developed a 3-phased approach with Phases 01 and 02 focused on collaboration:
Phase 01: Creative Development
- We ran a heuristic analysis to identify content gaps and strategize
- Developed a modular component system that could be easily restructured based on local markets needs
- Developed guidelines to ensure consistency and unity throughout the ecosystem
Phase 02: Functionality, UX/UI, Analytics
- Improved UX/UI based on collected analytics & heatmaps
- Created an Adobe Analytics dashboard
- Analytics and metrics analysis before and after phase 01
- Set in motion requests to update component libraries with autolayout, export specs, variants, quick export layer structure, and full integration with the base Nike Podium DS Library.
Phase 03: SLP Reassessment
- Reassess navigation system, content structure and layout based on Phase 02 learnings
- Update the ecosystem to reflect the above and re-establish an atomic design system, component library, & style guide that include Find Your Store and accordion variants among others
